I still have my Thanksgiving turkey in the freezer. My family and I dont eat the dark meat ever so it usually gets cut up for the dogs. I am usually grossed out by the junk in the bottom of the pan when I cook a turkey so I was hoping I could do something different this year. I want to just cook the breasts, off the bird. Is it possible to just remove the white meat either while the bird is still frozen, or semi thawed? I was hoping to be able to hickory smoke them on my grill, but theres no way I can do this with a whole bird.
If Im understanding the whole dogs and bones theory correct I could give the dogs the legs as long as they are uncooked, correct?
