Jungle Girl (anyone else heard of this?)

I saw on the train today going to work, that there was a girl that has been living in the jungle in Cambodia for 18 years!!! She dissapeared when she was about 9yo?
Some loggers caught her when she was trying to steal food they left under a tree. Her skin was black and her hair was down to her waist. She can't talk and walks like a monkey.
It's pretty interesting, what was going through her head for all those years? I guess after the first year the survival instincts just would kick in and a person would start to forget about the "normal life"

I saw that on my yahoo news popups, but didn't read it. I think the headline also said she wanted to go back to the jungle to live, not surprising if that's all she's known, for all intents and purposes.

I saw this as well. And the police chief(??) is saying that a scar on her arm proves that she is his daughter, and they'll do DNA testing. I hope that he isn't in for a terrible letdown.

Fox news reports the story differently. They say she also has a missing sister, and the family are the ones who gave her a haircut.

I saw this on my Yahoo pop up news, too. Very interesting, I just hope she can acclimate, no matter who she's related to.
