No it's not too early...but I wish I didn't have to get up early tomorrow, so I could drown my sorrows in a beer or ten! LOL...

Congrats to Florida on their win....their coach is kinda good lookin...in a weatherman kinda way.

Florida already won the SEC title ... but now they have the NATIONAL TITLE to go along with it! [sm=dance.gif]

I was reading a quote from one of Florida's players, and he said OSU wasn't even a tough opponent.  He compared them to the many other good teams in the SEC, like Auburn, LSU, Arkansas, Georgia, and *Tennessee*. 

Ohio State was never impressive, even with their victories over Texas and Michigan.  Both of those then-number two teams were ranked too high, so OSU wasn't prepared for what Florida dished out.  After playing so many tough teams, Florida knew exactly what to do, and, well, they did it.  To say they waxed OSU is an understatement.  I still think OSU is a good football team, but they were never deserving of the lofty ranking. 

Congratulations to the Florida Gators -- SEC Champions and National Champions! 

(I fully intend to loathe the Gators when they play Tennessee in September.  For now, I am happy for their win.)
