Prayers for Static please **UPDATE**

• Prayers for Static please **UPDATE** SaraD Posted : 1/1/2007 9:38:12 PM Hi again all. I am calling the vet first thing tomorrow for Static. He was on our bed and I saw his eye was leaky. When I got a closer look I saw that it was closed and when I opened it a little it was irritated with the inner eyelids slightly over it. I think he might have gotten it scratched during a play time with Amber. Maybe Trinity got him during their window tiff. Anyway, I do not like how it looks and I will be calling the vet tomorrow first thing. We have placed Static in a bathroom for the night that way he is safe from more of his antics with Amber. I can hope that our seeing the vet days are over after this. It has been a rough few months starting with Motor passing so suddenly, bringing Amber into our lives and being concerned over her for the first week, Hayley saw the vet the week after we brought Amber home for a staph infection on her chin, and now Static has his problem. All I can say is that the new vet is definitely getting to know us!!  I love them all though. • SaraD Posted : 1/2/2007 9:49:48 AM Static is on his way to the vet with hubby. His eye is more open today but still puffy underneath.  He went into Bubbles crate on his own when we were getting the pillow out of it. Once we shut the door though, he was upset. I am confident now that Static will be fine. I will update again with what the vet says. Thank you everyone for the prayers. The way his eye looked last night really troubled me. • SaraD Posted : 1/2/2007 1:09:14 PM Static says thank you. He is happy to be free from the bathroom and back to his old haunts. The doctor gave him ointment for the eye and oral antibiotic. She is making sure that his eye isn't the beginnings of a respiratory bug instead of the theorized scratch.
