I am bushed and I still have another day to go.  Next week will be even worse.  All of the kids will get dropped off at work (the library) when we open because their parents think we are a built in babysitting service.  Thank GOD I am off from the 22-Jan 2. My husband was out on an exercise (he's air force) from Sunday until Wednesday, and my dad decided that he just HAD to come stay with me so I wouldn't be alone at night. My father is an incredibly controlling, irritating man. And he's too damn rough with my dogs. It was NOT the best 4 days of my life. And on top of that, we're getting paid today, which means we get to go christmas shopping this weekend. So I was looking forward to that all week. That + my father = slowest, worst week ever. Her surgery went smoothly and her recovery has been pretty easy. Almost 4 months and she's pretty much back to normal. She was on crutches for about 1-2 weeks and then wore a walking brace for a while. Good luck on your surgery!   My week has been so long too.
