• amstaffy Posted : 7/24/2006 10:59:21 AM I use paint on my computer...go to paint, open the picture from file, then go to edit, stretch and skew, decrease the numbers in the box which should be 100% to maybe 5o to start and continue to reduce until you have the smaller size you need.
