• rwbeagles Posted : 10/9/2006 8:35:32 PM Nope! Eli was recovering from a bout of Croup so we did without most of the junk food this time lol and went heavy on the fluids. I was going to try some fried Coke but the line was IMMENSE! I settled for a funnel cake shared with the kiddos and the Hubby.   We did the Fair "lite" this time with just kiddy rides, and barnyard. Might go back with DH sans kids to see the Auto Show and the various vendors and more livestock. They had some WONDERFUL pigs this year.   We saw a nice looking Turkey and I said "Hey look Lil' a Turkey, like we eat at Thanksgiving.." she says "Yay...can we eat this one? He looks fat..." and licked her lips and clapped her hands...HAHA!
