Which color do you like better?

• Which color do you like better? yanke Posted : 3/3/2006 11:58:03 PM This was partially a test to see if i could post.  I am thinking of buying a new car this weekend.  I am not decisive.  I sorta want black, but don't like scratches and dirt, which black shows.  I like Silver, which my wife thinks is passe (sp?).  She like the darker gray, which i think is blah- tho sometimes in the right lighht it looks okay.  The guys i work with say gray too.  What do you think between gray and silver? • yanke Posted : 3/4/2006 12:16:57 AM A gray or silver one!!  I don't know.  It depends on whether i come to my senses by tomorrow.  I have a 2004 maxima which i love, but i'm up to 52M miles.  The infiniti place offered me $21M for the max towards an M35x and I'm tempted.  One option is to pocket the $21M and lease the new car with no $$ down for two years.  I don't know what to do.  I'd really like another Max but the body's changing next year - and i don't want to wait.  Anyone know anything bad about the M35x's (other than gas and price)? 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. DH pays a ton to get it hand washed and detailed, but it's dirty by the time we get it home! • yanke Posted : 3/4/2006 10:16:36 PM Thanks all.  Well the salesman said the only soft paint was black - i.e. it chipped and scratched easily - so we definately eliminated that.  My wife wanted the gray, i wanted the silver.  Since we recently got a gray one for her, i chose the silver for me.  It all happened so fast - i said silver, they took it away to be detailed etc.  We emptied my glove box into a plastic bag i found in their supply room.  We got a really good deal -  I love it - tho while we were waiting for them to bring the car around, i was looking at a gray one in the show room hoping i didn't make a mistake. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
