For those who don't know, Thailand doesn't play. You don't want to be in jail in Thailand. So this chump figured if he was going to do jail time, he might as well do it in the States because jail time here is like a vacation to most cons. Folks in the States aren't afraid to go to jail because they know they'll get 3 hots and a cot and if they're good, they'll get off in a few years for good behavior.
