Send prayers and Good Vibes for a Home for Us

My landlord says he will sell me this house. I am going to do my best to buy it. As you know I'm self-employed and that makes it harder to get a loan. So I'm going to give it a go.

It would mean a lot to me if you can send all kinds of good energy this way. See Jean and Sofia in their own house! I want to fence the yard and put in a dog door so Sofia can PLAY. And of course then rescue a Norwegian Elkhound for her to have as a buddy.

That's the goal here, security for both of us! He's going to sell the house anyway, so if I don't manage to get a loan I'll have to move AGAIN. Angry

Please help us get our own place! Thanks!

I can definitely understand your dream of owning a home & having a fenced in yard. I'm dreaming of the day my inheritance comes through & I'll be on the phone with a fence putter inner ~L~ the next day.

I'm agree on this. Mortgage programs have become much more friendly to self employed borrowers and other special markets. In other words, make sure you check out multiple options and a good broker would be a great way to do that without a lot of legwork!

I just did the Lending Tree thing and they sent me five pretty good offers. Whether they'll accept me of not I don't know, but it's a good start. I also have an appt. with my credit union on Wednesday. I wish it was sooner. [&:]

You know, another really major reason I want my own place is because I need somewhere to bury Stevie. He's still in a basket above my bed. [

] He died when the ground was frozen, and I do not want to bury him until I have a place where he can be near me. That's what he would want. I want to bury him where Sofie can play.
