It allows you to select a participating Rescue/Humane Society located within the United States or a Military Dog serving in Iraq. You can then select a dog bed or replacement cover to have sent to the location you picked. It is kind of pricey, at $55 for the bed or a $40 replacement cover and around $10 for shipping but you should see the photos of how much the dogs LOVE these incredibly durable looking beds. WOW! I thought this was a great way for someone to help doggies needing a little comfort in their lives.
