I did it a few yrs. ago and lost 30... since then, about 4 yrs. ago, I have gained back about 10, but I eat whatever... although some things I just stay away from after knowing how many points they are, it isn't worth it.
Check out this web site... IT IS AWESOME! It will tell you points at many many restaurants (I think you need to scroll down a bit for the restaurants link) and also recipes, etc. It is constantly updated. [link
