    A guy takes pictures of dogs tied up to things in San Francisco. Then he gives the photos captions.
     
    It's a lot more interesting than it sounds. LOL![:D]

    Yeah you already got me addicted to this when I was looking at Scout's blog!!!  What a fun past time!

    It's funny, my first experience with dogs being tied like that was in Vermont.  It was a Bernese Mountain dog and DH and I thought he was abandoned.  See, here, nobody does that, it's not allowed or just not done.  I don't know, but we had never seen it and sort of freaked out.

    Willowchow that is how it is here too.  The ONLY place you see that here is at Starbuck's while someone is inside getting their coffee and then will come back out to sit on the patio!
