Come on you can tell us that you haven't been shaving your legs for a year.    I'm kidding!   I don't know how a person could drop off a litter of puppies by the side of the street and drive off. It just makes me sick! I still can't believe that they drop off Blue, rest of his litter mates, and the mother beside the road near the shelter. My god they could have gotten rid of them of all by placing an ad when they get older.
