My dogs (Fuzz and Jackie)

I dont post very much here, but I have found this site to be very informative!! Anyhow, I just thought I would share some pictures of my dogs.

Fuzz is the black one and we got him from the shelter when he was around 3 months old, I can't believe it but he's turning 10 this May. We dont really know what breeds he has in him, although we've always called him a shepherd mix (he's black and tan, and aren't all black and tan dogs shepherd mixes?[

Jackie is around 2 years old I think, we found her as a stray when she was 6-9 months old and we were never able to find her a home so she stayed with us. I'm pretty sure she has shepherd and hound in her but I dont know for sure. Jackie loves people although it takes here awhile to warm up to men. I swear she starts grinning when she sees little kids, she just LOVES kids (the smaller the better in her mind)!!!!! She has been a really blessing to our family, she's smart and always willing to please. Her goal in life is to please us, if she knows we're unhappy with her it ruins her day.

They are very cute, Barngirl. Jackie looks like what I'd think of as a Lab Shepherd mix....just my very amateur guess.

Actually, I have had a couple people tell me that Jackie looks like a lab/GSD mix. She really looked like a hound when we first got her, but now it depends on what angle I'm looking at here whether she looks labish or houndish. I've never been around any hounds, but I have to say that Jackie's personality really resembles the labs I've known (loves family, water, other animals, just an all around good family dog) I think trying to guess what your dog might be is half the fun of owning a mutt!!! I'll add some more profile shots of Jackie here, just so you can get a better idea of what she looks like, the first one is of when we first found her.
