• Yet another basenji...meet Charlie Karen Posted : 11/13/2006 1:05:07 PM I pulled this guy from the county shelter Thursday.  We'll be fostering him until he's placed, which sounds like it might be fairly soon.  He was found as a stray with tags.  The shelter called his owner who came in, positively ID'd him and then refused to pay the fee to spring him.  He just left him at the shelter to whatever fate found him!  Fortunately, the shelter called BRAT and we were able to pull him.     LIKE 9 REPLIES 172 VIEWS LAST POST KAREN Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
