• angelabarry Posted : 10/26/2006 8:58:37 AM Thanks for the nice comments.  Cinnamon is a Ryukyu Inu/ yellow lab mix.  Her pups' (Dango, Minky, Kuma) sire was a Ryukyu Inu.  She was bred in Okinawa. There are very few in the US, and they are not recognized by any dog club that I know of as a registered breed. They have a personality much like a Shiba Inu They are very very bonded to their family and to each other, but wary of strangers.  They are truly the most intelligent dogs I have ever lived with.  A good way to describe them is being aware of every nuance in their environment.
