Fritz sunning himself at the back door.Fritz has had a problem with Itching again this year,so mom had to go the vets and get some pills called Vanectyl P-Tablets.They have helped him and he doesn't seem to be itching as much.His Aunties visited on Saturday and was glad to see them,giivng them kisses,got bacon and bone marrow treats,went on a few walks.he also had pieces of doughnuts while sitting in a chair in the gazebo.Went to snooze in the bedroom while we went to dinner and was waiting for us at the back door and had chicken fingers as a treats,snoozed most of the evening and ended up under the small couch.he didn't want to come out and growled at the Aunties,even trying to take a nip.Auntie Irene gave him a bacon treat and he come out.He is not a morning dog and he snoozed next to Aunt Bev on the couch.When they left,we went out to watch them go and mom carried Fritz and waved his paw bye bye for him.Dad has had problems walking lately,it is called foot drop which is a weakness in the muscles which cause the foot to drag.After the Aunties had left ,he was coming out of the bedroom and tripped.fritz came on the run and was barking excitedly,showing concern for dad.Dad had a cut elbow and hurt a shoulder.He goes next month for blood work,therapy and a cat scan.Hope this will help solve his problem .this morning ,fritz sat beside me in the chair and waiteds for me to finish my Rice Krispies,then had some of dad's Porridge,then a couple of bites of toast.Fritz is now cooling off on the back step.
