Some doggie drawings

I always draw on plane rides, and having just come back from a trip that required long plane rides, I have a few new sketches in the ol' books. Some of em came out all right so I figured I'd show you lot a couple of them. All were done without reference with the exception of the Cairo one.

And last but not least, a German Shepherd. I'm pretty proud of this one, I really like how it came out. I had to redraw the body about 5 million times to get it just right though [&:] This is actually a full page drawing, just a smallish scan. Wow. These are absolutely amazing. I was looking at your deviant art account too and you blew my socks off! I would die to have that talent! I really love your wolf portraits, you have really seemed to catch their essense in your drawings.

OT but...what type of camera do you have? It takes absolutely breathtakingly clear photos (and it helps that you took them!)

Wow! I'm speechless. You are incredibly talented. I looked at your photo gallery and was blown away. The ferret is awesome! Do you ever do commissions?

ladida ~ I have a Panasonic FZ5. It's a 5 megapixel, 12X optical zoom. I think Panasonic stopped making it though and came out with an updated version of it that has better megapixels. It's such a nice camera, I love it [

Wow your drawings are amazing. I have just started oil painting classes and I really suck at it, but I have signed up for three more months just to make sure that I have no artistic ability whatsoever in my blood... However, I do like it and that is what keeps me going. My goal is to paint animals, however I do not think I will actually reach that goal but what the heck I will give it my best shot. Your pencil drawings and water colours are amazing. My oldest daughter is also artistic and I must admit I am envious .. it is a gift.

Wow great job on these! I love the "random excited dog". I also like to draw on plane rides. I can never sleep and the tv/movie programming always stinks. So it helps pass the time.
