I don't watch that show, Julie, but I've heard very good things about it. My friend and I were talking the other day about how we both think the movies (in theatres) have been pretty low quality in recent years (there are fantastic exceptions, but I generally speaking there isn't much out there with much originality, great scripts, interesting characters, etc.). It seems like TV is now the source of high quality shows and movies, especially on the cable networks. TV seems to be drawing more of the writing and acting talent nowadays.
I just saw the photos Doug and Glenda posted yesterday. Doug, the little pup looks like he's taking to everything with great enthusiasm. What a cutie-pie. And Glenda, that beach wedding looked lovely. Beautiful setting and a beautiful couple!
Also from yesterday -- Karen, I wish the decision about what car to buy was the only difficulty weighing on your mind right now. I've been thinking of you and Bugsy very often and am sending you lots of strong vibes.
Update on Ruby's Not-So-Excellent-Fish-Oil-Adventure: she got a bath this weekend and finally doesn't smell like fish anymore (intestinal tract all back to normal, too). But the carpet still smells fishy, and the stain is reappearing as we walk in that area. The carpet guys said they may have to come back and spot treat it more than once. The stain is bad enough, but I really don't want the smell to linger. Ugh.
