April Fool's Day chat 2014

I always seem to fall for one prank or another , so I will have my guard up all day! On the bright side, it is clearing up from the weekend's winter weather pretty nicely. I think I may even see a little blue in the sky!

One advantage of working in an office of fewer than a half-dozen people is that no one bothers with things like April Fool's jokes.  So, I should be safe today.

Our houseguest season is officially kicking off today.  DH's sister and her husband arrive this afternoon.  The first week or so of the month is my absolute busiest at work, not to mention I've got a committee meeting tonight, and DH has 3 medical and dental appointments this week.  To say it's not the best time to be hosting guests is an understatement.  And with DH's family, there's always more than one visit per year, so this will just be Round 1.  Let the endless cycle of cleaning and linen washing begin!

Better get to the piles on my desk.  Happy April Fool's everyone!

Tracy, you have my sympathy as far as the endless house guests.  There's no way I could be happy with that scenario.

I had an outstanding day sales wise, so I'm a happy camper!  And no one tried to fool me, so that's good.

I am married to the King of Pranksters with April Fools being one of his favorite days.  Whether it be good or bad his memory just aint what it used to be.  Lucky for me he probably hasn't figure out that today is April Fools day and I may get away with no prank today :)
