    Hello

I'm new to the dog forum. Have been on horse.com for several years.

    I live in Oregon, USA.

The picture in my avatar is my *new* dog, Angel. She is a *rescue* that I flew up from So. Cal. last July. She is about 2 (maybe 3 by now) years old. I was told she is a Golden Retriever cross. Thinking the *cross* is a spitz type - Husky, Samoyed, American Eskimo. ??? She is a sweet dog but hates the rain! Not great for a dog in Oreogn. Smile

Welcome to the Forum, Angel is gorgeous. With your location could she be a Great Pyrenees mix ? She looks very much like my neighbors dog. I cant tell from the picture how big she is.

Thank you for the kind comments. She's not terribly large. Not as large as my Labradors have been. She weighs about 50-55 lbs. I've had other people say Pyrenees, but she's even slightly smaller than a Golden (or maybe the size of a small Golden). She came from Southern California - I flew her up in July. Would love to know what she really is but that would take a DNA test and I cannot afford that. Surprise

Well she is so pretty.  I have heard that the DNA tests are just not that reliable anyway so just enjoy having a pretty fluffy white  Angel and save your money :)
