ETA:  Why is it when I google :  What is....and before I can even type the "T"  twerking is the first thing that comes up.  Ya think we might not be the only "Dorks" in the club, lol!!

I'm going to have to google twerking too. Have no clue what it means.

Went grocery shopping early and was surprised by how crowded it was. Spent a lot of $$ replacing all the food we lost in the freezer outage. It feels good to be restocked but it doesn't make me want to bust out in a cooking frenzy :)

Vet called this morning to chat about Shane. I told her Shane's poop had looked firm this morning until just towards the end. She said she's got Flagyl on file for him but thinks the increased dosage on the probiotic/digestive enzyme might do the trick. I bought some more greek yogurt today too, so he's getting all I've got in my bag of tricks. The good news is that whatever he's got going on in his tummy/bowels isn't making him want to go more than usual. I'm going to trim some of his skirt though just to save him from having to go thru many more baths.

Okay - now I know what twerking is even though I have no idea how anyone can move their rear end like that. Looks like good exercise though :)

HaHaHa! I can't believe you old farts didn't know what twerking is.  Jeez, I guess I'll have to start a class up for you guys. LOL, just kidding.  I didn't know either till all the hoopla over Miley Cyrus.  I never got what was so shocking about that whole Miley Cyrus thing.  It's not like there isn't plenty of that sort of pseudo sex video out there.  I guess because she was a child star in a Disney TV show.  Looked pretty lame to me. lol

I really did not want to come back to work today.  I'm feeling very unmotivated but need to get busy.

Ate way too much this weekend at various locations.  I probably gained five pounds. 

I need a nap.

Gee, for a minute there I thot I'd broken some rule and gotten booted.  Took me FOUR times to log in.  Kept telling me I wasn't approved yet. Gosh, I've only been around for 10 or 11 years......slow system I guess.

So, I've got a bad cold on top of allergies, now DS is sick too.  But, at least the sun is shining.  Guess I'll settle for that.

Ha Did Jackie really call us old Farts    That's funny.  Deb what do old farts drink after twerking????   I am thinking something with Oxygen   Ok since not everyone has found their way around.... I posted a note in Support Network re:my Mom.  Looking for good vibes next week :)

 ETA: Anyone hear from Julie?  Last I read was she was going on a search and taking her Bear spray, just checking on them.

We "Old Farts" had a different name for it, and usually tried to find some privacy first.

This will probably be Pipers last year hunting.  Her legs are gone, her wind is gone, her drive is still there.  I want another dog.  Wife doesn't.  I figure if the new dog house is about 7' by 5", I can get a bed into it.  Maybe some heat and a small fridge for beer.

I'm alive and well! Thanks for checking on me :) We had no bear encounters. Just a close call when the dobe I was working with treed a porcupine. Thankfully the porcupine was smart enough to climb a tree before the slowish moving dobe got close enough. Had that been Abbie, it would have been a whole different outcome, I am sure of it.

That is one of my biggest fears with searching with Abbie. We have tons of those little porcupine buggers here and I am just waiting for the day she finds one when we are out in the middle of no where in the woods. I can deal with skunks and possums and any other little critter but those porcupines....ugh. I don't even want to think of the horror of that day.

I have to go to a ribbon cutting tomorrow, that is if I don't get called in to jury duty (have to call in at 9 a.m. to see if I am needed). I don't know what is worse, a ribbon cutting or jury duty? lol

I figured out that I kind of like being on call for jury duty. It made it so my work schedule had to be clear for the entire week (well except for this ribbon cutting). Because I wasn't needed today, I got boat loads of stuff done at the office! It was great. I decided I am going to put a fake jury duty week on my calendar at least once a year ;p
