Lisa, how sad about your co-worker. Like Deb said, I can't imagine going through something like that. It's sad enough when cancer takes the life of someone, but it's even worse when it's someone with young children. Wishing strength and peace for the whole family.
Count me in the already-got my-"prince" (wink) category, but I wish mine spoke with that lovely British accent. Hey, I just realized that you've got that added princely characteristic in your DH, right Karen?!
Good luck with the resume trimming, Julie. I updated mine last month -- there was no way I'd get it on one page, but it's a nicely spaced two-pager. You get to a certain age, and unless you've had only 1 or 2 jobs for most of your career, you've got a lot of info to include!
Cathy, the combo of stress and excitement over the new house is understandable. I assume you're selling your existing house? There's always some work in prepping for that, too. Eeeek -- I feel my blood pressure raising on your behalf.
Jen, glad to hear Luke cooperated with your niece and the candle! Sorry you're still feeling crummy. Antibiotics can make my stomach feel lousy --- you might want to take it with some crackers or something.
