Why isn't it friday yet? I need to cut some pickers out of abbies fur this morning before I go to work. I thought I got them all yesterday but I found more this morning. I swear I am going to debark lily one of these days. (I am saying this now as she is high pitched barking at me because abbie is between lily and me and lily wants to get to me. Doggy passive aggressive bs imo!) I got a baby shower invite which I think is a good idea to go to (it is a new friend), but I won't know a single solitary person except for the mtb.

I'm here reporting from jury duty. Hopefully they let me go, because I would like to get to a 4PM meeting. I also have a meeting tomorrow, so I can't really stay anyway. I hope it helps that my eyes look like crap. I put the liquid gold, $2 a drop drops in, but I don't know that they are working well today. The man next to me must smoke, and it is not helping me today. I have 5 minutes left before they start, and I am debating if I should go back out and come in and sit somewhere else.

Last night's concert was FUN! I don't think I've ever had so much fun at a concert.

It's Friday for me Big Smile

Up earlier than usual to see DH off to work and it seems way too dark and also pretty chilly.

I can't believe how entertaining it is to watch Shane play with his Bob A Lot - lol!!

Update- I am getting $9 plus $.17 a mile for travel for today. I'm a private contractor. If I cannot get to my meeting this afternoon, let's just say I will lose a lot more than the $11 something this should amount to.

Me too...

Am on doctor appt duty with Dad today. Sinbad and Mozey are in charge of "helping Grandma" while we're gone. Goodness knows what the three of them will come up with :-)

UGH! so here I am working on a presentation and learning materials - still in the clothes I wore to the lake this morning to swim the canine Phelps and DH rings and says he's bringing some guy home to check out Raleigh (he's been in Wilmington all week and wasn't due home until Sunday night) - he'll be here about 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I now will stop being productive - clean up the kitchen at the least Just UGH!

I am doing a talk at a community center this evening so I was really looking forward to finishing up and chilling for a bit :(

The rain has moved on for now and the bikes are getting active.

Saw a cross-post about a NewfX and a ShepardX that are needing forever home together. I will cross post in a bit......little voice saying "you cant do it Gin".
