Wow Jen!! Did you drink a Red Bull? Wink

Your friend story reminded me of a friend/coworker I once had. She wanted so desperately to be super close to me that she was beyond annoying. She joined my gym, she started dressing like me and if we were out for a meal, she'd change her order to what I was getting. One guy was describing her to someone and said "if Cathy wanted it to snow here, Sharon would drink a lot of water and *#!% snow for her" Stick out tongue. She rented an apartment in the same complex as me and when she'd see me come home, she'd call me right away. Everyone laughed about her obsession with me but it made me crazy and creeped me out Super Angry

A Red Bull might calm me down a little bit. She stopped chatting with me now. She was debating whether she should go to the walk tonight. Well, I can't go on a Thursday, and this Monday and Tuesday were my last ones for a while since I'll be going back to my regular work schedule. Then I'll only be out on Wednesdays, some weekends, and if I get off work on another day. This person isn't that crazy. I won't let it get to that level. I always try to keep my order a secret, because I read somewhere that people will change their minds based on what others will order. Usually, they make it something different. I do have one friend who I will consult with first, depending upon where we are eating. If we're planning to get the same thing, then we can share one and save room for desserts or get an appetizer.

I think I got all riled up talking to someone I work with. I think we egg each other on unhealthily. I'm going to do a bit of tormenting of someone on Saturday, simply because I can (and it really is for her benefit, she needs to be able to explain and justify decisions).

    Happy Birthday Ms. Jackie!

Let me just say that starting work at 6 a.m. should be illegal.

I have so many typos and auto corrects using my phone that it is almost embarrassing. Almost.

I feel like falling asleep right now and not waking up until noon tomorrow. Too bad that is not possible. It is nice to dream though.

    Happy Birthday, Jackie!

Julie - that's the time I normally get to work Big Smile  However, I also get off at 3 so it is definite motivation.  Plus I am a big time early riser that doesn't need much sleep.

Hope you had a funtabulous birthday Jackie!!!

Called the school today to ask if there is going to be some type of welcome letter, etc. for the new school year.  She said yes, they are behind and they should be out by the end of next week.  Ummm, I hope so since school starts the following Monday.

Bossman is out tomorrow!  Thank god, otherwise his daughter would be disappointed if he was incapacitated for her wedding in December since I am about to do something to him that would get in trouble in at least 48 states.  He has a tendency to get on his high horse about something silly (I used an old logo on a report by accident) and seriously has not stopped talking about for three days!  DUDE RETIRE

Happy Birthday Jackie ... and Jen.  How in hell-o does someone forget their kid's birthday, facebook friends aside?  And thanks for posting that link.  OMG, if that kid is that irritating now, she won't survive to see 16.

How is it that a reasonably intelligent person doesn't realize that if you are a prince and you're partying naked in a hotel room in Vegas, someone is going to take a picture and put it out there?? The poor queen mum must be horrified.

I went to lunch with a neighbor at a Greek restaurant and instead of getting baklava there, we went next door after lunch to a little international market and got it for $1 a piece.  Big Smile She bought 3 pieces and I only bought 2 because I knew I'd wind up eating it all myself, which I did.

I don't think my mom would really forget my birthday, she probably just thinks she was being funny. If she was actually funny, and not annoying on facebook, I'd let her be my friend.

I want to go to a Greek restaurant darnit! I don't know a good one near here though, though there is a stand in the farmer's market that makes a good gyro, and there is one in another farmer's market, but I never can get up there when it's open.  That Farmer's  Market also has some great sticky buns. Maybe I can get there next week, or the following week, or something one day when I have off from work. The only good Greek restaurants I know are in Needham, MA (I think that's where it is, my friend lives in a Needham, and we went to a Greek place once). The other is near my grandpa's house in Florida. You're mean Joyce, making me want to go to a Greek restaurant.

Well, if you ever find yourself wandering around in the central valley of CA, give me a yell and I'll treat you to lunch at Symposium.  They're actually known more for their outstanding pizza than for anything else.  Big Smile
