I get jittery just thinking about drinking that go go juice - wow!! and I'm sorry but that little girl is NOT cute!

We have a bit of fluffy clouds this morning and it makes it feel cooler. It would be a nice morning for a long walk and I'm sure DH is enjoying his bike ride down by the river.

I caught a few minutes of Honey Boo Boo a few nights ago when I was channel surfing.  Gagged.  It's amazing what people will do for money. 

I was cracking up listening to my coworker trying to make a conference call.  I wanted to help him but it was just too funny to interrupt.  I wonder if he broke the conference call button on his phone...

That one drink reminds me of a pina colada we saw served to a table next to us last week.  I'm getting one this week.  :)  I don't usually go for the fancy looking drinks but this one had my name on it. :)

Cool front is moving out but rain and another cool front will move in tomorrow thank goodness.  I have had one AC guy show, one the didnt show(said he was not informed of the appointment) tonight we double up and do 1 roof guy and 1 AC guy.  GRRRRR, that is why I scheduled one per night so we wouldnt have to double up.  Oh well...

Youngest Grandson is 16 today, so hard to believe.

I believe I've really out-done myself today.

I am tired and feel like crap today.  I feel like I should eat something b/c I'm jittery and had my usual 22oz of coffee, but have zero interest in eating.  My club's show closed about an hour ago and I should know the estimated counts tonight.  I'm dealing w/a rogue committee member and hotel reservations at the moment.

I will take an entire table full of those drinks please.  Not sharing either.

The baby I lost at 5 months was AFTER the tubal and mine were cut and sealed 9 months earlier. I'm just saying....sometimes that sperm is mighty determined and finds a way to wiggle through any barrier.

Julie.....wow.  Just way too much from a few dives.  I hope this gets better very quickly.

Off to see what the critters did now.....

This thread has so many posts on so many subjects, I don't think I'll remember them all to comment!  I can't forget your ear situation, Julie.  You have my on-going sympathy.  You must be worn out. 

The image of Belle dancing a jig near the frog cracked me up.  I wish I could see a video of that!

Deb, your first post had several things that made me shudder:  eating pickles (I'm not a fan), having to get up during the night to let the dog out, and a surprise pregnancy in middle-age.  Yikes!  It's a good thing you offered two drink choices today! 

From yesterday -- I'm glad that Twister's latest check-up went well, and I hope the odd toe thing really is the cause of Bugsy's gait problems.  Some extra ear and belly rubs for both of them from me!

Carpet and tiling is DONE!  Re-loaded the closets and put furniture back last night.  I don't do disorder very well.  No more house projects, please!

Congrats on the remodel being done Tracy. Are you happy with it and the carpet color? I don't suppose you can show us any pictures?

Thanks, Cathy.  We do like the color (a golden tan) - it's warmer than the pale greyish/white we had before. 

We specifically chose a pile type that showed minimal footprints and vacuum lines (based on the 18" sample squares), but the "finished" stuff shows them more than the sample did.  As DH said, the only way to avoid them is to have commercial carpet or painted concrete floors!  Oh well, anything is better than the awful stuff we had before -- it was so old, matted, and stained.   

DH took a couple pics on his phone, but the colors are distorted.  My old camera is probably worse, but if I can get a couple decent shots when there's good light in the room, maybe I can email them to someone to post, since I still haven't figured that out myself.

LOL  One of my nieces watches that Toddlers and Tiara show and I bet she'll be watching honey boo boo.  She says it's like a train wreck and she can't not watch. lol   I'm not much of a TV snob and I don't think there's any sort of award for not watching stupid shows or for watching only shows that some people consider educational TV.   Then you have the people who say "I never watch TV" with such superiority in their voice you want to give them an award for most annoying.   I always tell those people I've got to go because my favorite show is coming on. :)

LOL Jackie!! I know a few people who don't watch much tv but most of them have little kids and I think it's probably a good thing for them. I'd have probably been one of those parents who had an endless loop of Sesame Street playing just to keep them entertained

There was a guy in the gym today that was so stinky it almost made me ill. The strange thing was he was a decent looking middle aged guy in nice workout clothes. Wow though - the smell

BTW I read an article about Honey Boo Boo on the plane otherwise I would have no idea what y'all were talking about. Sadly it is clear that the 'attraction' of the show is to see how screwed up these people are and HBB is considered by mom to be the way out of the poverty life.

I swear I have terrible luck - they gave the contract to someone that had direct system experience. BUT they want to hire me so they are looking at how to do it. Whatever..............moving on.

I did get a call for another possible contract on my way home today - this time of year is always THE time. This one doesn't pay as well but, well you know LOL

BTW our brief respite of lower humidity ended last night and this morning it was 96% humidity - feels pretty much the same now and of course violent storms are all over the area. Tornado (or torn-ay-da as the locals say) warnings in several areas. Sigh I can't wait for Autumn
