    Hi Nicole !!!!

Ooooh, now I get it.  Put me in the Dopey category too LOL

Good thoughts for the mama and baby and also for Sheba.

Glad I didn't have to think too long and hard about the dwarf comment. Thanks Jackie!

Karen - sorry about the cancellation and hope you can at least enjoy the free time.

I ordered some probiotics for Shane this morning. I don't know what else to try for the very loose stools. I've fed him cooked rice and turkey for the last few days and today things are no better. It frustrates me to once again have to worry about what to feed and play detective. Hopefully the probiotics will help.

I'm tired and grumpy too and need to get a massive amount of filing done. That should cheer me up Hmm

Thanks for the warm welcome, I do lurk but by the time I finish a response typed one handed it's usually the next day's chat already LOL.

Even *I* got the dwarf problem, and I'm the chronically sleep deprived one here.  I do still have 4 weeks before I go back to work, but I am *not* excited about that at all.  Sigh.

Sam is doing fairly well with his little sis, although I still think we're slightly neglecting him.  Way too hot to take baby outside so he only gets a walk when DH is willing to go.  Hopefully he forgives us when Sophie is old enough to feed him :)

Good vibes going out to the baby.  I actually posted here earlier, but it never went through.  Even though it was only a few hours ago, my mind is blank lol.  I think my brain is already slipping into vacation mode.  Still need to get through today, Thursday and Friday though!

My boss' dogs are here today (usually here every Wens) and they're just so stinking cute.  Both are mixes and seniors.  It's just nice to have dogs in the office.  Makes the day a bit brighter.  If Ari weren't such a loudmouthed dingbat, she'd be welcome too lol.

Hope everything is okay with the baby, and they're just busy with the excitement.

I don't know what else is going on today. I meant to  go to sleep for maybe a half hour-hour. I got up two hours later. Thanks Luke for waking me up (he didn't).

I can't believe nobody has mentioned that today is 7/11. I'm gonna go get a free Slurpee on my way to work today.

Hey Nicole!  Good to see you.

My ex's second ex was induced for THREE flipping days!  Christopher was a very large baby....I'm thinking almost 11 or 12 pounds, but she's got a lot bigger bone structure than I do and he is 6'1, so stands to reason they'd get bigger babies than I did.  But, for some reason, the baby just didn't want to come and she absolutely refused a section after 3 days of suffering!  Let's hope that isn't what's going on with Julie's coworkers baby!

Julie?  PLEASE take some pics from up there.  I'd love to see the view, but claustophobic, afraid of heights people tend NOT to like riding elevators or climbing stairs to even NOT incredibly high places.

Can't you just change the tire yourself?  Is that not allowed with all the red tape and stuff of being a government employee?

And then instead of being Sleepy or Grumpy, you'll be Tidy!  Stick out tongue  I got the dwarf joke, surprising since I don't drink coffee and it's still the early-ish part of the day!

I hope you can find out what's bothering Shane's digestion.  Could he be eating or drinking something in your yard, like water from the pool or a bird bath or something like that?

Sending good vibes for Sheba, too.  It's so hard when you don't know what the problem is, yet you know something is definitely not right.  I wish dogs could talk so we could ask them where it hurts.

Tina, let me know how you like that new Ben & Jerry's.  I didn't think to compare the nutritional info on the label to one of their regular ice creams, but judging by how tasty it was, I don't think the fact that it was called "Greek Yogurt" made it any healthier.  No matter - it was delicious!

I've got a hair appointment today.  I've only had a haircut once in the past 7 months, and I've been coloring it myself for the past 3, so it'll be nice to have a proper, professional job today.  However, I was on the phone until 1AM with my sister (up at 5:15AM), so I may fall asleep in the styling chair!

Nope - he's literally never out of our sight when out back and won't go near the pool. He's had loose stools since we adopted him but they went from loose to watery this week and are now back to loose. I emailed his cardiologist because one of the side affects of the drug he's on is diarrhea but since he'd had it before we started the med, I didn't think it could be the problem. I just want to run it by her and see if she has any suggestions. He's pooped already 3x this morning, so I know he probably doesn't feel that great either. I'm just super glad it's not caused him to have any accidents in the house. He did wake DH up at 3:30 AM to go out and poop though.

I finished a good portion of the filing and I actually do feel better. My hands sure don't though. I have really dry hands anyway and when I work with files and paper a lot, they just get even drier.

    It's probably a liability issue.

LOL!  Good one!  That's my password, btw. Big Smile

Forgot to say hi Nicole!  I see you on FB now and then and love seeing the pics of the beautiful Sophia.  I'm sure Sammy will adjust to the new routine.  He'll really really love her when she's eating and dropping real food. lol

A message to Sammy from Charlie -

Trust me, the feeding part makes the other parts totally worth it!!!!!
