Dog is Hacking/wheezing HELP!

• Dog is Hacking/wheezing HELP! Jacob Nelson Posted : 7/16/2006 10:54:09 AM     My little terrier seems to be hacking and wheezing this morning. It's been going on for awhile. She's walking around just fine, but she still won't stop wheezing. Should I be worried? Any help is appreciated! Edit: Sorry for posting this in the wrong section if I did! • Jacob Nelson Posted : 7/16/2006 11:35:22 AM It seems like she's getting better, she's not wheezing as much, there isn't anything in her airway I believe. She was just laying on my bed for awhile and was napping a bit without a sound. Her gums look normal. She also is her happy self still. Edit: Could it be stress? My sisters dogs are currently over and one is a puppy that likes to play rough. • Brandy Posted : 7/16/2006 5:57:50 PM Hi. My pom was recently doing the same thing..it was only our third day together so I freaked and we went to the vet. They put keiichi on amoxilin just in case...but he said normally its nothing bad if they are still playing and eating and things like that.
