Sunny and mid 70s today and for the next week Big Smile

Not sure why but I feel really stressed and jittery this morning. I don't have a ton of work to do, so I'm not sure where it's coming from. Should make for a good workout though.

Welcome home Charlie Boy and soon to be home Zoey.

I woke up several times last night and each time I wanted to get up and find something to eat. The only thing that stopped me was knowing that the dogs would also wake up and want something to eat. How's that for a diet aid? Stick out tongue

Lots to do today to get ready for camp. Not even close to being packed and organized...and I'm still at work.

Thanks guys!  Sunday will be the big sightseeing day!  The rest of the time, I'll be locked up in a conference room for the most part.  We will escape for dinners each night though!  They boss canceled our team outing for Wednesday.  Bum.  Too much work to do, she says.  Sad  Jeez boss, these folks need to get some air, you know.

There will be 3 of us sightseeing on Sunday, we plan on doing the hop on hop off bus tour!  Don't you worry, I'll bring you lots of pictures.  Big Smile

No worries Barb - the Spanish insist on siestas and eat dinner REALLY late!  I was amazed that from 2 or 3 until about 7 things went very quiet.  Then we'd be leaving a restaurant about 9:30-10 and it would be just filling up.  In fact one night we were leaving at about 11:30pm and there was a line of people waiting to get in, INCLUDING families with babies and toddlers  - this was summer but I think the late eating is a normal thing.

DH & I were discussing the other day how much we miss our weekend breaks all over Europe.

Callie - let me know when you have a good pic for a siggy update! Big Smile (hahaha, I typed siggy and autocorrect changed it to soggy.)

Save travels for Glenda's nephew and family.

    Karen, love the new sig!!

Cathy, I'm coming to visit for a week. Cool

    Have fun, Barb!

Julie, are you still planning on being in da U.P. soon, eh?

Both kids have had a bit of a cold for a week or so. Nothing serious, mostly runny noses and a bit of a cough. Early this morning (about 5 am Sleep) poor Willa woke up with croup. She was wheezing and coughing a lot and started gagging, so we rushed into the bathroom but luckily she didn't throw up. DH tried to get Sonja back to sleep while I wrapped a blanket around Willa and we went out in the cold to get some fresh air. It did seem to help for a while. I brought her to bed with me and tried to sleep while she snored. Everyone got up at about 8:30. The kids are SOOO much happier in the morning when they sleep in. If they get up at 6:30 everyone's grumpy.

Bugsy, you are awesome!  Freakin' cute siggie pic Karen!

Anyone have a spare thought for a friend whose dog is in the hospital w/a severe spinal injury?  I'm exhausted by all these dog problems.

    • Gold Top Dog

Good thoughts for the injured doggie. Sad

I just heard "HONK HONK HONK!" and looked out my window to see a bunch (gobble? flock?) of big ole wild turkeys taking their sweet time crossing the road.
