Snow?  temps in the 20's & 30's?  Did any of us think it would ever happen again after the weird summer?

3 hours to go.  Man I want weekend!! LOL

Forgot to mention that Belle and I will be dock diving tomorrow.  Hopefully, just Belle. :)  A friend is having a seminar at her place.  I thought it might be a good idea to do some practice before we try the real thing.  I've been witness to and participant of too many dogs who "should" do great at something and fail miserably. lol   Belle will have fun no matter what so I'm looking forward to it.

My sister dropped off cousin Cocoa Cocoa this morning. He smells like her ! I remember I barrowed a shirt from my sister for my FIL funeral

it smelt just like her, it was so comforting. I might just walk around smelling cocoa cocoa all day.

I forgot to ask her when they are coming back to get their dog, I might wanna know that.

Honestly, the one that pulled is way up in the gumline and those feel like a piece of food, like a tomato skin, that is stuck up in there.  The dentist left the ends kind of long in that spot because he had a hard time getting them knotted close to my gum.  It only felt like my cheek was stretched out about 3 feet.  Ugh.

Heidi is channeling her inner Buddy and chasing squirrels.  Lets hope she never catches one....not sure she would know what to do with it.

Last summer Max was out in the back yard with one in his mouth.  He wasn't trying to kill it or eat it ... he was shaking it like he does his squeaky toys.  I figured the squirrel was either very sick or very old because no way is that dog fast enough to actually catch one. When I went outside and said "Max, no" he just dropped it and looked at me so I had DS get it and ease it over the fence.  The back fence neighbors don't have kids or dogs so I figured it would just die peacefully behind the trees. Before the back section of fence was replaced, he used to throw himself against it as the squirrels were running across  the top - they'd bounce off, hit the cement and flip into the pool.  Then he'd just stand there, watching his treasure sink and the pool cleaners would fish them out dispose of them every Monday.

I couldn't believe how chilly it was last night and this morning.  I've got jeans on for the first time in months.  Right now it's still in the low to mid 60s but I think it's going to be in the 90s again within a week.

Just got back from Riley's evaluation.  Jenn, if you see this you were right I emailed the director and assistant supervisor and received a response within the hour.  Two hours later we had an appt. scheduled for today.  There are several more rounds of evals but at least we are in the system now.  She probably won't start until October, but that's what we originally estimated anyway.

Worked until 1:00 and then up at 4:00 this morning...very tired.

Heading to Cedar Point tomorrow with Riley to meet up with my brother who is in Ohio for work!  Should be amazing!!!

I had to get our lightweight down comforter out, I refuse to run the heat a day after running AC
