I can't believe how cool it got last night.  I actually turned the ceiling fan off before I went to bed.  The work on the Tower Bridge is still in progress  but at least now you can get onto the bridge without taking a road trip behind Raley Field. I talked DS#2 into driving because I don't like to deal with detours and lane closures after dark. I'm a traffic wimp.

They added Zumba to the Curves circuit, but I only do it on Fridays because I don't want to go back out at 5 p.m. on Tuesdays or Thursdays.  I'll be one of those who never quite figure out what's going on.  Remember Deb, those people you see on the videos are pros.  They actually want us to believe that that "could be us." Maybe ... when he!! freezes over.

Do they still use Amex and there's no paying a little this month and more next month? That's how it was when I worked for the feds. Having the credit cards was such a blessing for travel but it had it's downsides too and the potential for abuse. One guy had used his for a downpayment on a car

I got our new health benefits package in the mail and once again, rates have gone up. I'm going to have to choose a different plan to avoid going over the max the employer pays. They did throw in a free $50K life insurance policy, so that was kind of nice. Not that it'll ever benefit me but DH can buy himself a fancy new car with it

OK I need you guys to wish me luck, I have to go to the local shelter and look at a "Newfie" for a resue.  It would be odd that he would be PB especially in our neck of the woods.  Dont know much about him but I know I will prolly fall in love and I cant have any more sooo I need some "Just gather information vibes :)"

I have been a fuzz head all day - lacking concentration like someone drugged me up.  I hope I can function better tomorrow!  eeeek!!  I enjoyed my evening yesterday on my sister/BIL's boat on the biggest lake in NH.  Weather was perfect for it, even though we didn't go out until 3pm.  I got to swim around the boat for almost an hour - something I really needed!  Wish they were closer - I'd go there every weekend if I could... even with their 6 kids.

It is handy though for back to back travel like i have going on right now. I wouldnt want to front 3 weeks worth of hotel stays, air fare and meals. That would be harsh.

It would be ideal if you had the kind of cards we have. The bill goes to the County office and all we have to do is provide the receipts. They actually pay the bill regardless and then hound us for the receipts later.

For crying out loud.  Karen, I certainly hope they offer you a HUGE discount for making you wait so long....and us.

I'm bummed.  The news was soooo sad all weekend.  The Red Sox game is in a rain delay, and it's STILL Monday.
