    so proud of Molly

I had a family BBQ yesterday and I was a little concerned about Molly with people coming in (sorry for any typos - this foster kitty is so loving I have to type around her rolling on my lap, putting her chin on my hand) Molly has been showing a very low tolerance for children and I know much of it is due to her lack of being around them. We don't get company often.
So I had to pick up my 4 yr old nephew and his 2 year old sister to bring them to the BBQ (they were in daycare and their mom had to work).
I was a tad bit concerned about them with Molly. So when I got the kids here we went for a walk and Paul brought Molly along after I got the kids down to the road (we live on a dead end cul-de-sac road). Once we all got to walking along together things went great! The kids got sticks for Molly to carry and she was very happy. Got home and she walked right up the driveway with them, they came into the house - no problem. I have pictures of Molly playing frisbee keep-away with Dougie. Everytime Dougie could get the Frisbee someone would give him a $1 (he didn't make much). Molly was running around the backyard with this little boy with a huge grin on her face.
Every time someone else came along I would take Molly out the back door and wait to bring her in when I knew the people were already inside. It seems that once they are here she seems to accept them being in her house. She had a couple of people come that she'd never met and one of them is my HUGE BIL. I thought Molly might find him intimidating but they got along quite well.
Molly played lots outside, got to stay on the porch with us while we ate. She was a very very good girl, she even napped on the porch w/everyone around her sleeping heavily.
I need to start inviting people over more I think - damn I hate having to entertain people.
she was a tired puppy last night!!!
