It looks stormy in many areas - I hope everyone stays safe, too.  The utter devastation caused by the tornado in Joplin just dumbfounds me.

Jackie, I hope the Cipro kicks in and you don't spend the whole day in the can.

I went shopping with MIL last night.... I was so stinking tired of trying on dresses.  I told DH I would look "nice" for our anniversary this weekend so I made his mom go looking with me.  I ended up getting 3 dresses and 2 pairs of shoes for $70.  I may not keep them all, since I dress down for work and usually don't have much reason to be fancy other times, but it would be nice to have something in case an opportunity arises.

I MUST GET MY HAIRCUT BEFORE I START HACKING AT IT WITH MY RAZOR LETTER OPENER !!!

Megan posted on the iDog facebook page that he wasn't doing well.  Last I read she was looking into a second opinion and was hoping to try one more antibiotic in hopes of controlling his IBS.

Deb, I have a pair of nail scissors if you can't get an appointment.  lol  I've tried using a letter opener and it takes forever.

My symptoms are much subsided this morning.  I don't know if the Cipro worked that fast or what but feeling much better this morning.

I hired a cleaning person for the office.  Color me happy.  It's a young gal and her business name is Sparkly Clean.  How could I resist? lol  She's off in the nether regions of the office cleaning the bathrooms.  I'm ridiculously happy to not have that duty any more.

Deb, I have some clippers I can FedEx.  The letter opener wouldn't do a very good job.

Took the boy for a morning walk.  Need to pack a lunch and off to work I go.  I have the "late" shift today.

Jackie, I am glad you feel better AND that you hired a cleaning person. When we moved out of our old condo, before my mom moved in, I hired a company to clean it - holy smokes, that is amazing. FH and I have been saying that after the wedding we're going to get one for our house, even like once a month.

My mom reminded me yesterday that FH and I need to go get our marriage license. When she married my dad (many many moons ago) they forgot all about it and almost didn't get married :P

I have to go to work today and I don't wanna!! Three days off in a row has turned me into a sloth.

How's everyone doing?  I've been miserably busy, & around very little.

I truely believe that the Rapture didn't happen on Saturday because the powers that be are waiting for Wednesday to carry off Oprah on live TV.  There's just no other way it could end.
