If you are using any other browser than Internet Explorer, you probably won't see the options.

If you are using Google Chrome, she's right, you won't see the icons.  (Likewise, using Chrome on these forums, when you create paragraphs, they also won't form correctly and will make it look like one big run-on paragraph.)

Safari has the same issue :)

Finally got 2 minutes to rub together...

Firefox did the trick, and voila! Here's my girl.
