I'm hoping someone can answer this dumb question for me about cuz balls

I have always wanted to get Max a dino cuz, because I think they are ridiculously cute. But, he has never really liked the cuz ball until a few weeks ago, and he only really likes the medium sized bad cuz, and he doesn't like the large bad cuz, nor does he really like the medium good cuz. He only plays with the medium on rare occassions if he can't find the bad one, or anything else he likes better. So, does the dino cuz sound more like the good cuz, or the bad cuz? And while we're at it, what about the halloween cuz?

The dino cuz sounds more like the bad cuz. I never saw the Halloween one ... sorry.

Riley is the same way - he only likes the bad cuz sqeakers too LOL.

Are you buying online or in the store? Be"cuz" when I saw it in the store, I realized it was much softer than the good or bad large cuz. Much more like a generic soft squeaky rubber thing. Something my dog would easily rip apart. Yet the large bad cuz is much firmer, more difficult to squeeze. I would give the large cuz to some of my tougher chewers, but wouldn't dare with the dino cuz.

sydney loves the dino cuz. and the tail makes it easier for me to toss when it becomes all saturated with slobbers. they are pretty sturdy. we bought 2 of the medium sized ones. of course in the first or second day he ripped the feet off, but it has taken him over a month to finally rip the tail off of one of them. the other one is still alive.

To answer the question above, I was probably going to buy it online, once I have some more stuff I want to buy, as I haven't seen it in the stores lately. I realized that it was about the size of the medium which was fine for me, because that's the size Max likes. He won't play with the large bad cuz, only the medium.

When I saw this point, I nearly got up and started squeezing all the Cuz here. There's got to be at least 15 here now. Grey also prefers the medium size Cuz because he can squeak them to death better than the larger ones. He too likes the Bad Cuz better. I think he prefers the double squeak of the Bad one instead of the single squeak of the Good one. As miranadobe mentioned, the other Cuz, like the dino Cuz, aren't as tough. I bought a fishie Cuz the other day, and it was too soft for it's size. Grey didn't rip it apart, but he did kill the squeak in no time.

lol..this is too funny, all the "cuz" going on. [sm=lol.gif] now I am going to have to buy Romeo some to see which one he likes. He is not that much into toys, he loves tennis ball, but his treasure is a red ball that when you throw it, or he touches it, it bounces around and makes sounds and it lights up, it makes this siren sound that when I am asleep and he is playing I always wake up thinking the ambulance is coming! I'm the Cuz Queen lol.

The fishie cuz looks NOTHING like a fish. I didn't realize it was a fish until Brett read the tag, and even after that, it still didn't resemble a fish to me. I found it at Petsmart, so I'm assuming they're in most places. The fishie cuz doest have Cuz in the title like Dino Cuz, but they have the same exact Cuz tag and are made by the same folks. They just had a different name that I can't remember. It had a bird-like squeak, but once Grey had it for five minutes, it squeaked no more.

I think i've seen the toy you're talking about , except I didn't realize it was a cuz either. I'll have to go buy one of those too.

Olinda, So glad that you asked what a "Cuz" was. I was sitting in total Cuz oblivian. LOL They are really cute I might have to try one of them for Jake. For those of you with them, how easy are they to de-squeek? Jake loves a challenge!

I think some other dogs might make a real easy time of it, but Max is pretty tough on his toys, and he hasn't destroyed his yet.

Wooohooo! I finally found something that Romeo likes just as much as tennis balls. We went to Petsmart and w/his approval we bought the medium cuz and the large cuz, when we came home, he took off running w/ the medium cuz and "buried" it under the covers in his bed...lol...he looked to cute...I know he will be playing w/it once the lights go off. (he hides his treasures) and he has been going at it with the large cuz. [sm=clapping%20hands%20smiley.gif]
