Fashion/clothing gurus: Pics added p 2

Thanks, everyone!  I did google the etiquette before I posted, but it is nice to have real input.

Believe me, if I had normal sized feet, I would not hesitate to look for wintery dress shoes.  I've never been good at dressing up, though.  Feels like I'm a little girl trying on my mom's clothes - like the clothes aren't mine.  I don't have to dress up for work, so I don't have much besides jeans, one pair of khakis, and one pair of black dress pants.  But for this occasion, I'd like to at least make an attempt.

And, Johnny, that was sweet of you to say.

Tina, that dress is gorgeous and you look absolutely amazing in it. And IMO, your feet look perfectly fine to me.   A little bling around your neck and maybe some earrings and a pretty wrap and you're good to go anywhere.

Thanks, Joyce & Lisa.  My plan is to put my hair up, wear my pearl necklace & earrings, and am working on finding a wrap.  The dress has a sheer jacket, but let's face it, it's not going to be warm enough in February.

With the exception of FL and HI, where is it warm enough in February to lose the socks/stockings?  I think the only place in CA where it gets hotter than it does here is the desert, and I don't go barefoot w/sandals until about May. But then, my feet are almost always cold.

You look great!  Some pearls and a nice wrap for some warmth and maybe even a little color will look fabulous!
