Glenda, she wouldn't eat that. Chocolate frogs are something from Harry Potter. She'd get a real kick out of it I think. I just looked on eBay, they do have some, but they're pretty expensive. I'd like to make them myself anyway.

Oh, well, never mind then.  Didn't realize that this was something HP related, not being an HP freak myself.....

Gracie is a very picky eater, and I have to rotate treats in order to find things she likes consistently.  I may have found something EXTRA good, because she seems to be obsessed.....   eggnog muffins from Shaws, the grocery store!!  WTH?  So weird, this dog.

Went to the open house and it was lame.  Went to the drug store and heard the manager threaten to call the cops on a woman who was trying to return things she'd purchased using manufacturers coupons so she could get the money back.  (She originally paid 34 cents for them, but wanted to return using a different receipt from an earlier purchase at full price.)  That was not fun to listen to.

I'm not, I've just now, many years later, started reading, or really listening, to the books.  She is a Harry Potter freak though. We'll be at Hershey the week after next, so I am really thinking about it. I'm not sure about giving her more chocolate. But, I'm thinking it'll be really great. I'm thinking also while we're out in Hershey, I should try to trick her and buy something for her right in front of her without her realizing it.

Speaking of it, I feel like I'm really behind on my holiday shopping come to think of it. I haven't finished for any of the kids I work with. Two of them give me something every year, so I have to get for them. One I have already bought part of the gift for. I got him a Nascar shirt from Old Navy, but I need to get him something he actually will really want. The other I didn't get anything for yet. Based on his parents' question about where I shop mostly, I am pretty sure I am getting a gift card to Target, Old Navy, or Sears, but not Walmart. Two others I am pretty confident I don't have to buy for. If I do get anything from them, I'll just have to write their parents back some really nice cards. The last, I have no idea, it's a new client. I mean, just because they get for me doesn't mean I have to buy for them, but I'd feel bad. That kid would be just as happy to get a coloring book from the dollar store though as she would to get something expensive. Gotta love 5 year olds who don't know about money.

Doug, congrats on the new car!

Stephanie, it's about time that you gave us a Molson update! Some of us were worried. Fingers crossed that the infection clears soon.

I have had a very eventful day.  I am finally beginning to decompress a little.
