Speaking of paws, how's Twister doing? Bugsy?

I found out yesterday that one of my cousins was named after a racehorse! And here I always thought it was some old family name...! Honestly, I think this is cooler. :-p (Racehorse that ran to victory with my great-aunt riding!)

Rascal's been a royal PITA lately. Maybe it's the weather? I took him out for his morning walk, and he growl-barked at **3** people within the first 5 minutes, of course totally disregarding all the training we've done over the last many months (and the fancy liver treats I had in my pocket). He hasn't growl-barked at anyone in months! Gahhh! At home, he's been even jumpier than usual, but also extra mischievous. I'm thinking maybe the recent cool spell both aggravated his arthritis and made him extra frisky? Seems weird that it could do both, though. Complicated pup!

Good Morning all!  Overcast and dreary as heck here this morning.  Supposed to be in the 60's tomorrow and Wed, then cool off on Thanksgiving, and snow on Friday.  Hmmmm.

This afternoon is the job interview....I've got everything crossed! 

 Apparently, I've lost my mind. I've ordered two sets of workout DVDs (one from a company and one off craigslist - little wary of CL and hope the person actually mails it as promised. First time buying something from someone off craigslist, but they were selling it ridiculously cheap and were willing to mail it to me). Now I just have to tell the significant other he's not allowed to poke fun at me working out. He would never do anything mean, but I know I would take it wrong and get all hurt.

I just need to make it through the next three days at work. There may be tears, hair pulling and cursing, but then I will have a 4 day weekend to recoup!

 We have a guest today. A very fat Pug was out in my yard sniffing around when I let the dogs out this morning. She had a rabies tag but it's not one I've ever seen before. It says "vaccinated for rabies" and a rabies number. Nothing else. Where is the vet number?!!

She's 25lbs! I just weighed her. Nice and clean,very nice short nails, dewclaws removed, and crate trained(or just dont care). She's sitting at my feet snorting away.

Cita, sorry Rascal is being a pita.  Good thing he's so cute. :)  I think that's cool that a cousin was named after a racehorse.  Twister is much better.  We did take him to the park yesterday, on lead.  Gabby made a complete pest of herself trying to drag him around.  It probably was worse than just letting him run around.  I left him at home again and will the rest of this short work week.

It's a cloudy morning but it's going to be very warm too.  Upper 70's again today.  We're supposed to cool off on Thanksgiving.  I was talking to a friend yesterday and we were laughing about having to run the air conditioning full blast to cook Thanksgiving dinner.  I won't have to cook this year so I'm happy with whatever weather comes our way. :)

I found out a family secret this morning.  It doesn't really affect me but it's sort of strange to find out something like this after all these years. 

 LOL Tina my family only has giant dramas not giant gold bars!

yea for Twister getting better!

Courtney Bugsy seems to be doing better, had a play date yesterday and the best I can see the muscle tension/spasms in his shoulders seems to be what is bothering him.  Now this *could* be due to overusing them to support the back end but I am not seeing that, I'm working on getting him to a massage next Tuesday.

It is 10:41 and I have done none of the things I was hoping to do this morning by now, sigh.  But I learned what the family drama is that has been going on for a few weeks - seriously my family really has issues.....

My poor kid sister though - she has lupus, has had a host of female issues and now has to have a delicate surgery on Wednesday - with the hope of being released on Wednesday to be home for Thanksgiving - vibes appreciated.

Rascal people are not scary - I know they seem that way but they aren't - well usually.  Have you tried traumeel?

It was thick fog this morning and we are to hit mid-70s today.  sweet!

OK I really do have plenty on my plate and I can't ignore it forever!

Mr. W took me to see Unstoppable yesterday.  I almost peed my pants around 6 times.  Good movie.  After the movie we went to Olive Garden for dinner.  He must be really sick of looking at me  . . . . he's taking me out more than he ever did before I was laid up !!! LMAO !!!

Kate comes home tomorrow  . . . . so excited to see her !!!

Man - it's cold this morning. Even my office feels chilly and like I need gloves on to type.

I'm in a totally funky mood this morning. DH and I argued last night and went to bed not talking. He left for the gym without saying good-bye and he knows how much that upsets me. Right before I got to my office, I saw 2 little dogs getting ready to head into the middle of a busy intersection. I pulled over and watched as they safely ran thru it and opened my door and called to them but they ran right down the street and I knew I'd never catch them. Then I got in the office and found a basket we keep with granola bars and hard candy covered in ants. I just want to run away to somewhere happy and warm

Elias is home today with tummy troubles...Lily went to school. A few things in the news today got me cheesed off. LOL. I'll survive. My kids turned my newly cleared off and tabelclothed dining room table into a storefront. Nice.

I got so little sleep last night I am probably going to pass out and miss picking up Lily from school...*sigh*

 LOL, me too!  Rascal you need to be good for momma!  I know that when I hurt from the weather I seem to do better if I am active cause when I am not I seem to hurt worse and the more I sit the more I hurt.  GRRRRRRowl! :)
