• So sad to say a breeder friend has passed rwbeagles Posted : 6/16/2006 9:41:05 PM This evening Allen of Willwood Beagles, TX assed at home surrounded by his partner and many beloved friends, after a long battle with cancer. I met Allen only a couple of times but he ALWAYS had something nice and encouraging say to me. He LOVED Tucker, my puppy from my first litter and came by to eval him along with Jim. SUCH a quiet yet humorous gentleman. He is going to be sorely missed in the breed and by me. Sometimes you don't have to know someone "well" to know they were a truly "class" individual.   They are interring Allen's ashes with two of his beloved Beagles who also passed around the same time....so sad. He lived to be almost 17 years old! He's at the Rainbow Bridge.
