Phoenix Denise Austin Easy-Up Manual Treadmill

So I bought this for a bit over $100 online. My significant other put it together to me, because I'm useless in that department, but he said it was easy. The construction isn't perfect per say, but its solid and no worries about it falling apart! It's compact, so it would be good for those of us with limited space and it folds up as well. I would not recommend running or jogging on this thing, as your likely to go flying off of it. Once you got a good walking rhythm going, it's smooth. It IS a decent workout, since it's on a slight incline and you power it and it makes you walk at a good clip. It comes with a simple computer to track time/calories/speed and a free water bottle Smile So far, I'm happy with it. I just wanted something to walk on in the home, while I watch a TV show. It's working out well for that, so money well spent. We'll see in a few months how it holds up to continuous use!
