THANKS ALOT meagan   Hi Meagan! I'd bet you're counting the hours aren't you?   I was at the vet this week & someone brought in a westie mix named Muffin. Muffin had 2 puppies & they named one Creampuff. Sounds like they had a whole bakery thing going on!    A few years ago I adopted a lab mix & I picked out a name for her. However, after we had her a couple of weeks, the name just didn't fit her at all. About 2 weeks later we were watching Crossing Jordan on TV & I said, "she reminds me of our dog... persistent, intelligent & athletic."  We both looked at our dog & in unison we said, "Hello Jordan!"  It fit her like a glove.   A few months ago I adopted a mixed breed from a friend who had named the dog Chloe. That isn't a name I would have chosen & I've considered changing her name. However, the more I think about it, Chloe "feels right" for her.   I think that once you bring the dog home, take a week or so to try different names.
