Agathon Kennel Club
will sponsor a CERF Eye Clinic on Saturday, November 27, 2010, in conjunction with their AKC All Breed Dog Shows in Tallmadge, Ohio.
Time: 10 AM until 3 PM
Location: Summit County Fairgrounds 229 E. Howe Rd. Tallmadge, OH 44278
The clinic will be conducted by Margaret Foss, DVM, DACVO. Cost is $30.00 (does not include the cost of registering with CERF) CERF forms provided. If errors are made on the initialform and another is required, there is an additional $2.00 charge per form. Please bring AKC registration & permanent ID information. All results strictly CONFIDENTIALNo appointment required This CERF Clinic will be open to the public. Dogs that are not entered in our show, and puppies under 6 months of age, are welcome at our eye clinic!
