Has anyone here had a fish pedicure?

Eww.  I'll pass on that one.

Lisa posted of FB that she was on her way home, so I'm assuming that everything went well. Yay !!!

Yay!  And good to see she has her priorities straight!

Fish pedicure, I could only visualize pirhanas biting off toenails (and then some), but what it really is doesn't seem so bad.  I guess you wouldn't have to tip the fish, right?

I saw Gene Simmons do it on an episode of his reality show, Family Jewels.  His reaction was enough to make me not want to try it.  But I *could* watch someone else receive the tiny torture... (insert evil laugh here)

    Thank you Barb!

Feel better Glenda. I'll spare you the stapling. Non-swelly thoughts for Sis too.

ETA: Deb, they just use their tails. Duh.

If I don't like wading in little lakes because I don't like the little fishies bumping my feet, I'd pay $35 for the priveledge because.....?

    HI GUYS!

Man, I've missed a ton - lets see what I can remember:

Mindy - I hope Bailey is feeling better!! Upset tummies are definitely no fun.

Glenda - YAY on the house!! I hope you take some time to relax though - gotta get over those shingles!

Lies - I am so happy Kenya is home safe. I was following your thread like crazy until she was back! It is just a PITA to post from my phone.

Gina - That's great that Mr. Gina is ok. Hopefully he can relax this weekend at Grapefest now that his work is settling a bit.

.....Good thoughts to everyone I've missed!

I am married now! Woo. I will have to get used to typing DH instead of FH. Weird. The wedding was fantastic! It was everything I wanted :) Our friends and family really came through and pitched in like crazy to make it a stress free day for me. They were great! I still have to go through all my photos and I will post some here. Lauren - I hope you have a great time next weekend too!

We have also found a dog sitter here in town! I am so pleased. She will come to the house and let the dogs out, walk them, play with them and feed them as many times as we want :) She is not cheap, but not overly expensive either. It is a huge relief to have found her. We don't have to rely on DH's parents so much anymore. Timmy really likes her - they met and she LET him kiss her. LOL. He was so thrilled that he could kiss a guest! He's a pretty easy dog to make happy, let him give you a kiss and he's in love. LOL.

I would let Timmy kiss me any day! I am so happy you had a good wedding & hurry up with the pictures or I'll beat you with a wet noodle :)

ETA: Re: Fish Pedi's.....I get pedi's every week to every other week in the summer (I live on the beach, so I live in flip flops so cute, neat toes are a must), I'd try a fish pedi, why not!

I'm still looking for the sock that was on Copper's foot I really hope he didn't eat it, guessing he ate the gauze while I was gone yesterday Angry why do dogs eat stupid things lmao.

Well have a nice weekend, need to go look for cards nervous might just go safe.

Congrats Stace!  I'm so happy that the wedding went so well.  I'm with Meg and would let Timmy kiss me anytime he wanted. :)

Glenda, I missed the fact that your sis was having swelling problems.  Hope she gets better, fast!

I hope Copper didn't eat the sock.  Have you been checking his poo?

I'm still waiting on that stupid Schwann's delivery man.  He better be here today or I'm going to have to go the whole weekend without my mini donuts.  Sure I ordered real food but it's the donuts I want. lol  I had a nice healthy lunch of broiled fish and a salad.  I'm ready for my treats.

Deb send Karen the 2 x 4 for her DH.  He's whacked off all the shrubbery and he's still grumpy.

Congrats Stacey! No hugs for Glenda, or anyone else for that matter, because I still worry about whether or not I am infectious at the moment. I don't think so anymore, but better safe than sorry. If you've got cruddiness, the last thing you need is any more that I might share with you. I went to the New England Aquarium this morning. There are some pictures on FB, but I don't have a real computer with me (only my little netbook, and I am using a computer on campus right now since I type faster on a full size keyboard). Anyway, I have a few pics on FB I think, but they might be on a page called Collectivus. I have this little duck, who I know I posted pics of yesterday while I was in transit. I took pics of him along the way, and took him with the to aquarium. He was handed to my friend a few months ago at a soccer game. It's like those Where's George dollars from a few years ago. You're supposed to track the whereabouts of the thing. You get one, you take it and give it to someone else or leave it somewhere to be picked up by someone else. I need to leave him somewhere tonight or tomorrow so he can continue on his journey. I haven't decided where exactly to drop him off. Probably somewhere at the college, but I could leave him in Penn Station on my way back. From there, he could really take an interesting trip. Did anyone notice that I am entirely too entertained by this little toy duck?
