I meant I was waiting to receive some checks, so that I could give Max his allowance (it's not really a set amount, it just means I that I am buying something for him, or in this case I would be donating in his name). I should have gotten on of the checks already, really probably both of them, but i'm still waiting for both. Either one could show up tomorrow, next week, or maybe next month.
