• Just thought I'd say Hi Benedict Posted : 5/30/2006 12:41:13 PM Hi everyone,   Hope you don't mind me joining in, I found the site the other day after getting my new puppy, and there seems to be a wealth of information here.  I'm Kate, and Benedict is a 7 week old black Labrador puppy.  I know that's a bit young to be taken from his mother, but he was part of a really big litter and the mother couldn't cope with all her puppies anymore, so he came home with me at just after six weeks.  He's settling in really well and starting to respond to clicker training - and loves his cuddles! • Benedict Posted : 5/30/2006 3:19:27 PM Thank you for the warm welcome - I am sure we'll have fun joining in here.    And thank you for admiring my precious little boy.   Although I have had dogs before, they have always been rehomed adult dogs, (a GSD and a golden/red setter X) so I am very new to this puppyhood lark, hence the need for a little more advice this time around.    Sooner - I love the welcome animation, because other than Ben, the other animals I keep are tropical and marine fish.
