Mindless day before TGIF

Karen, feel better soon!  Bugsy, go easy on your Mom!!  My three day headache, turned into a full blown migraine yesterday. After my morning meeting, I went pretty much straight home and did my best to create a dark and quiet environment. I told Ari we would have for her dinner if she even breathed too loudly. She behaved herself quite nicely and actually just napped with me. I'm just glad that yesterday was a "slow" day for me, so I'm not behind on any work.

I finally am headache free and it feels great. I'm looking forward to my Mom coming up this weekend. I seriously need to clean up the guest room. We haven't had guests in awhile and I know there's a bed in there somewhere, buried underneath piles of clothing....

Karen, I'm sorry to read you are still suffering with the sinuses.

Glenda, hope there is good news today.

Paige, I'm sorry you didn't get the VA job, but will continue the vibes for something decent to come up soon.

I'm ready for my son to go back to Ann Arbor...either that or I'm going to leave for a couple days.

Sorry about those suffering with Sinus infections... that is MISERABLE! I get two a year like clockwork... so much so that I have the anitibiotics refilled without seeing the doc lol.

Finished this last night.... www.raftnh.com, would love constructive criticism... be gentle ;) I'm no pro.

Today the students are gone from school and I have five days left YAY! Printing report cards in a silent school!

Dogs started yipping at 5AM to get me out of bed.  It didn't work, but did make me danged cranky with them.

DH is about 3-4 hours from home.  He woke and started driving again around 3:30...says the tummy is doing much better now.

Paige, I'm so sorry about the VA job.  Remember that when one door closes another opens.

I *think* that I am going to be in my office all day.  I haven't been in my office for any substantial amount of time for the past week, so a day to catch up should be nice.

Things are okay here.

Dr says baby should be here any day now. DD is beyond miserable and ready to give birth!! DS #1 is no longer interested in joining the Marines. He's not giving up his membership to the boxing gym, in spite of not having a job. DS #2 graduates high school on Saturday. I fully expect a complete breakdown over that...

Jackson's the youngest in his puppy class that's entering the rally trial in 2 weeks.

 I'm so tired today. I'd like to sit home and not go to the gym, but I am going to get up and go in  a few minutes. I asked my friend to bug me into going, so he has been diligently calling me everyday to see if I have gone yet. I could just not pick up the phone, but the reason I asked him is because he is pretty persistent. If I don't answer, he'll call back, and im me, or send me a message on Facebook.

Have I mentioned I have some awesome friends? Luke is going to stay with someone while I go to class, because the rest of my family is going to my Hershey for my sister's graduation. 

Maybe I shouldn't have bothered to watch the Flyers last night, but I would have stayed up late anyway. 

Amanda, I thought of that!  Then Deb threw her offer out on the table, and man, if I had plane fare, I think I'd be in Jersey.  She seems like a lot of fun (and there'd be no pressure for s-e-x ...at least I hope not).

Sad today. My grandma lost her man yesterday. They were engaged. He took his own life...we don't know why. He was sick, lung cancer and other things...but still. I am trying not to dwell on the why, only think of how to support my abuelita from so far away...

Trying to find a way for my Mom to go to Cali to see her, but the airfares are ridiculous. *sigh* We will find a way tho...

Cleo was acting odd last night...tore her way out of her crate and cried and cried...I let her out and she RAN to have some lovely explosive diarreah in the yard. No idea why...keeping an eye on her today but so far she seems normal. Gave her some Tums last night just in case.

Soldier has decided not to eat again. He is SO tiny and I am frustrated because his appetite switch seems messed up...he is too small to miss meals. But, you can only do what you can do.
