Chuffy and Louisa update (Update Saturday: on the way home!)

Sounds like Chuffy and Louisa could both use our good thoughts, guys. Here's the note she sent me this evening to keep you all in the loop:

I haven't forgotten you all, i'm just still stuck in hosp! Just as i got the good news that i can probably go home today, Louisa was taken to the neo natal unit this morning because they were concerned about her breathing and oxygen levels. She's all covered in wires in an incubator, with one in her tummy button taking blood from an artery to measure her oxygen and a tube in her nose for feeding and an iv in her hand for abx in case of infection. No idea what caused it, the chest xray came back normal... Good news is she's responded well and she'll probably be discharged back to the ward i'm on sometime tomorrow morning (almost 11pm here) they'd like us to stay for obs till the blood results come back and shes feeding normally again without it affecting her breathing. Wills not happy about me being here at all, keeps crying and telling me to come home. Any and all good thoughts appreciated... Right now i'm just looking forward to her discharge from neo natal so i can get her out of that plastic box and give her a cuddle. I'm missing her soooo much...

Poor little thing! And poor worried mommy. ((hugs)) to Chuffy and get well soon vibes to Louisa. Don't worry Will, mommy will be home soon!

We're thinking of you and the little one, Chuffy. Get strong little Louisa...your mom, dad, and big bro want you all to come home soon!

Chuffy and Louisa -- good thots and prayers!! And William -- Mum will be home soon. It's a good thing Daddy has you to keep him company! Otherwise he'd be all alone!!
