I was looking through our MLS (multiple listing service) and the agents write any special showing instructions in a specified line, usually stuff like house is vacant, owner hard of hearing knock hard, well this one was in one of those lines.
" You must call and speak to the owner before showing, the owner must be the one to open the door , do not knock then open the door.
There is a bird that says Come in, and then there is a big dog."
I think that is hysterical, and the sad thing is that most agents are so scattered and in such a hurry that they don't pay close enough attention to those instructions[&o]
