We have 2 bassett hounds that love to bark when they are confined to their area when we have people over for a cookout. They are not confined hardly at all but we wanted to nip this in the butt. We bought 2 bark collars that are similar to the invisible fence collars and they give a small correction, not sound. Honestly we don't even have to charge them or even put them on anymore. We don't even have to charge them, again we let our dogs bark believe me, Fred barks at his duck or monkey for an hour every night when I get home from work because he is excited. I know someone who bought the tone collar and after awile the dog would bark again, the spray I wouldn't even try that.
